What a great day! I attended the Boise School District Student Advisory Committee at Timberline today—a great opportunity for Trustees to hear directly from students, listen to their perspectives, and make sure student voice is part of the conversation. I’m grateful for their candor, ideas, and willingness to lead.

Help shape the future of Boise Schools!

Boise Schools is developing a long-range facilities plan to help guide decisions about our schools and facilities for years to come, including how we respond to declining enrollment and changing community needs.

No final decisions have been made, and community input is an important part of the process.

Community feedback meetings are September 22 & 23, with virtual and in-person options. It’s an opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and share your perspective.

Your voice matters—please participate!

WE DID IT!

I’m incredibly honored and humbled to have been elected to serve again as a Boise School District Trustee.

This was a hard-fought, highly contested race — and every single vote mattered. I simply could not have done this without the tireless support of so many people who knocked doors, put up signs, made calls, sent texts, shared posts, talked to neighbors, and most importantly — voted.

Hats off to Kirt Naylor for running a strong campaign and putting himself out there to serve our community. Running for public office takes a lot, and I appreciate his commitment to Boise schools and our kids.

To everyone who supported me, believed in me, encouraged me, and took an interest in the future of Boise schools: thank you. I am truly grateful.

And whether you voted for me or not, I will work hard to earn your trust and represent every student, every family, every educator, and every school.

We ran one heck of a race. Now it’s time to get to work.

Thank you, Boise School District Patrons ❤️

As a long-time Boise resident and past school board trustee, I know that our neighborhood schools are the heart of this community. Decisions about our children's education require experienced leadership that listens to families, supports our educators, and puts students first.

I’m ready to hit the ground running on day one. Make sure to get out and vote tomorrow, Boise!
