Happy October 1st! Good news... we just added our first batch of spooky homes and home haunts to our 2026 Boise Halloween Map! 🙌

You can find the Map and Listings on our Website: www.BoiseChristmasLights.org/halloween

Over 20 homes are now featured on the map, and are categorized as either a Spooky Home/Static Display, a Light Show synced to Music, or an Interactive/Walk-Thru Home Haunt.

Note that some of these listings are only operating on certain days and times, and those specific ones are notated in the description of the listing. Some of the interactive ones in particular are only operating on Halloween and that is also noted in the description.

We are still accepting submissions for a few more weeks! Please submit using the form on our website: Submit.BoiseChristmasLights.org

iPhone App users, please stay tuned for updates on that later.
Enjoy, and Happy Haunting! 👻

I've been a fan of The Terror Haunted House, and it's so cool to see how much hard work goes into making a home haunt like this happen. Josh also put a ton of work into building and maintaining the BCL mobile app which I am grateful for.

Family is so important. It's totally understandable that sometimes you just gotta take a break to prioritize your family. I've been able to meet Josh's family and they are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Thanks Josh for putting your heart and soul into something that is so special. Enjoy the time off to spend with your family, you deserve it! 🧡

ℹ️ Map Update - I am starting to go through the first submissions for our Halloween map! Expect the map and website to be updated in the next 24-ish hours unless you hear otherwise. Stay tuned to our socials and Substack newsletter for updates.

Mobile app users - please stand by as I am taking over the mobile app from the previous developer, who had to step away from doing that. I still need to learn how to handle the app. Thanks for your patience.

This is a totally off-topic post but this has been making me laugh all day so I figured I'd share.

Both my wife and I are playing fantasy this year and we are up against each other this week. Drake London popped off for her on Thursday night but I caught up to her after today's Sunday slate. It's a 49/51 win % split with her barely ahead.

And this is where it gets funnier. Tomorrow, I have the Eagles QB and defense, and she's got an Eagles RB and WR. So we both want the Eagles to do well. But her RB and WR are gonna only do well if my QB does well. So this is gonna be interesting.

Who is gonna win tomorrow, me or my wife? Will I be sleeping on the couch tomorrow night? Stay tuned!! 😂
