I know I'm not a elected official but been active for a long time so I may give my opinion right here from time to time

A couple things jumped out at me from the City Council meeting last night

Rita asked about a crosswalk and acknowledged it was the wrong time of the year to do it and the CM came back with hiring a private contractor to paint crosswalks across the city

We have a paint and sign dept but my guess is the sprayers don't work, just a guess .

John Leahy asked about buying a giant snow blower that dumped in the back of trucks to remove snow..
We had one.

The new Councilors are asking the right questions about maintenance and accountability and it all starts at the Top.

Voters of Lowell
This election on this coming Tuesday is a very important one because there is a faction of folks who have turned this election from a nonpartisan election to a partisan one. The progressive left have inserted themselves into this election. Is this what you want our City Council to be? Look at our Country and what they have done to our economy our boarders and way of life. Do your homework and look at the Canidates and who is backing them. Remember it all starts at the local level.

I would like my supporters and those who voted for me to support and vote for Ryan Rouke in district 4.

I want to thank my wife Janet for her support my campaign manager Linda Clark and all of my supporters and you that voted for me. We worked very hard and I believe the City not giving us a polling location here was a factor in the outcome of this election. Thanks again and I will continue to be engaged in our Community

I posted a picture of a college party aftermath across the street from my house . The response was intense as this is happening all over the City. Time to make these investors/property owners accountable. 1st motion when elected is changing the zoning laws and give relief to the residents of these neighborhoods.
