A wonderful Martin Luther King Jr Day to all! We are hoping everyone in our Brownstone community and all across the country are taking time today to reflect on the teachings of Martin Luther King Jr and how we can live his legacy today and every day.

Check out our PTA account for resources on where to find MLK Day of service activities, a YouTube link where Kid President explains Martin Luther King to a kid audience (3 min), and a 10-minute Sesame Street episode of Martin Luther King. The Great Brownstone Bake Off and Holiday Market is happening next Friday, November 17 in the gymnasium. Bring cash for raffles and shopping, but most importantly, bring your appetite! 🍴 | $1 tastings, $5 raffles, support local businesses, and lots of holiday family fun!

Join us next Wednesday, 11/15 5-8pm for an evening of treats and holiday shopping with and | 10% of sales from the evening will go back to the PTA and towards our Recess Fund.

We are proud to partner with the CEC 16 and on a clothing drive Oct 26-27!

TBBS families & staff can bring their items to drop-off or dismissal at the MacDonough Campus on Thursday Oct 26.

Or, bring your donations to the school's Trunk-or-Treat event on Friday, October 27!

This Friday, presents Family Movie night. The movie will start at 6pm in the cafeteria. Bring blankets, snacks, and dinner. We hope to see you there! 🍿

The countdown is on for one of our favorite TBBS traditions: The Fairy Godmothers Present: Trunk-or-Treat! Please send in your $5 to room 302 in a sealed envelope labeled with your child's name and class. Tickets will NOT be available at the door on the day of the event. We look forward to seeing you all there! | No scary costumes, please. 🎃

Come join for our first Brownstone Night Out of the year, happening Tuesday, October 24 Dick & Jane’s starting at 5:30 pm. Come enjoy drinks, food, raffles, mingle with our TBBS community, and support our recess funds with 20% of TBBS tabs going back to the recess need. Can’t make it? Literacy Night: What an incredible evening of learning for our TBBS community! Thanks to our teachers, administrators, , the TBBS Literacy Team, and our friends , , and for hosting an informative evening of best practices and fun ways to teach our Brownstone Scholars how to read (or read better!)

⭐️COMMUNITY DAY 2023: Wednesday, August 23, from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM | Let's come together to make our school better than ever! Refreshments and lunch will be served, and childcare will be available for families helping out. The Brooklyn Brownstone School kicked off the 2022 holiday season with our annual harvest feast. We had students, parents, teachers and admin plan a communal gathering with tons of food and precious moments of reflection. .dujour

The TBBS PTA is partnering with local business Dick & Jane's Cocktail Bar] to host a parents night out on Monday, Nov. 14!

Mingle, enjoy drinks and raffles, and help raise funds for our amazing school!
