H. Erich Krueger has been the
WRCA President for many years. He's done so much for the neighborhood.
We worked together to get money for the park matched by the town and really improved it, plus money for the night out and events.
Wrca has run so many events for the neighborhood and been a voice when there have been issues.
His day job is a night job running a beloved trivia night such as at Fatty's weekly.

Big shoes to fill for sure.
Here's your chance to try those big shoes on.

If you live in a neighborhood other than Willow Ridge or Morningside, another great civic assn, maybe you can think about starting one in your neighborhood. It makes a difference.

There's a special place in My Heart for all the nuns who have done so much for our world and community. There is a great article in the Niagara Gazette on a nun who became the first female mayor of Niagara Falls. She became the first female mayor in the city's history. She believed in returning the government " to the people". Working tirelessly. her 95 years were pretty amazing.

This is a beautiful tribute from The Buffalo Criterion to a remarkable man, Gregory L. Brown, Esq. From early on, Greg possessed a powerful sense of civic responsibility. While his voice may be quiet now, his spirit lives on in everyone he loved, the lives he influenced, and those who learned from his example that a life can become part of something much greater than oneself. Seeing this tribute in the Criterion truly hits home for me. This historic institution has been telling our community's stories for over 100 years. Seeing this print hit home for me because my grandfather was a newspaper printer. He always taught us the value of subscribing to historic independent papers, and The Buffalo Criterion has been an incredible 100-year-old pillar in the Buffalo community. It’s comforting to see them continue to honor our local leaders so beautifully.

The Small Business forum last night was inspiring to me.

Here are some of the people who shared what their organization does to help small business and what they wished people knew. They showed they really care about small business and are open to all.

Huge thank you to JCC and for allowing us to use your beautiful building.

I wish everyone in Erie County had been able to hear the presentations of all of these speakers.
