Yesterday, Wilbur Watts Intermediate School and Burlington City High School welcomed Rachel's Challenge to our District. Students at both schools took part in daytime assemblies focused on creating a chain reaction of kindness, empathy, and positive change in our schools.

Inspired by the legacy of Rachel Scott, the program reminded our students of the impact simple acts of compassion can have every day and how to carry on Rachel's legacy throughout their own lives at home and in school.

The day concluded with an evening presentation for parents & guardians, uniting our entire school family around a shared commitment to building a safer, more connected community. 💙
