The Skees Senior Center had a fantastic turnout today for our lunch & learn with Gateway Rehabilitation Hospital. A special thank you to Brandi for sharing lifesaving insights on stroke prevention and knowing the signs: B.E.F.A.S.T (Balance, Eyes, Face, Arms, Speech, Time). Everyone enjoyed the lunch too!!

Our senior centers are collecting bags of candy to help with BOO FEST at the YMCA! BOO Fest (10/23) is an event that is free and open to the community. Some years we have 1,000+ so a lot of candy is needed for prizes and trunk or treat.
Please consider bringing a bag or 2 to the senior centers. We appreciate any generosity you can lend - Happy Halloween 🎃 👻❤️🎉
