September is Su***de prevention month and September 10th marks su***de prevention day. Domestic Violence plays a significant role in su***des each year .

Did a person who experienced domestic violence is 3 to 5 times more likely to experience suicidal ideation or make a su***de attempt than a person who hasn't? (NIH)
