# Rangeline Chiropractic Launches “What I Move For” Community Campaign for World Spine Day in Carmel

**Carmel chiropractic office invites community members to celebrate lifelong movement as part of the 2026 World Spine Day theme, “Spine Health for Life.”**

**CARMEL, Ind. — October 2026** — What do you want to keep moving for throughout your life?

That is the question Rangeline Chiropractic is asking the Carmel and Hamilton County community as part of its “What I Move For” campaign celebrating World Spine Day on Friday, October 16.

World Spine Day is recognized internationally each October to raise awareness about spinal health and the importance of physical activity, healthy movement and caring for the spine throughout life. The 2026 theme, “Spine Health for Life,” inspired Rangeline Chiropractic to turn the global message into a personal conversation within its own community.

Throughout October, patients, team members, local business owners and community members are being invited to answer one simple question:

**“What do you move for?”**

Answers may range from playing with grandchildren and traveling to gardening, golf, pickleball, running, dancing or simply being able to stay active with family and friends.

Participants will be photographed as part of the “What I Move For” campaign, creating a collection of local faces and personal reasons why maintaining movement matters at every stage of life.

“Spine health isn't only about what hurts today,” said Dr. Hillary Hushower, owner of Rangeline Chiropractic. “It's about being able to continue doing the things that make your life your life. We wanted World Spine Day to give people a reason to think about what they hope to still be doing five, 10, 20 or even 40 years from now.”

On October 16, Rangeline Chiropractic will celebrate World Spine Day at its Carmel office by highlighting members of the community and their “What I Move For” stories while sharing practical information about movement and lifelong spine health.

The campaign is designed to include people of all ages and activity levels, reinforcing the idea that movement can look different for everyone.

Community members and local organizations interested in participating in the “What I Move For” project are encouraged to contact Rangeline Chiropractic before October 16.

Rangeline Chiropractic has served the Carmel community since 2007, providing chiropractic care and complementary wellness services including dry needling, cupping, laser therapy and massage therapy.

Rangeline Chiropractic is a chiropractic and wellness practice serving Carmel and surrounding Hamilton County communities. The practice focuses on personalized chiropractic care, movement, recovery and helping patients remain active through different stages of life.

Good Day Carmel attended the grad opening of the newly opened Friendly Market Convience store in Westfield !!

Business partners and brothers Jesse Mann and Soni Mann cut the ribbon on their new Friendly Market convenience store Oct. 2, alongside Westfield Chamber of Commerce officials and Westfield City Council members.

Headquartered in Lafayette, the Friendly Market is a family-owned chain of convenience stores that started in 2006. After finishing high school in California on a foreign exchange program, the Mann brothers came to Indiana and started working at a convenience store in the City of Marion. They eventually bought the business and in 2013 formed Mann Brothers Holdings LLC.

Now, the siblings operate 25 Friendly Market stores. As they opened their first Westfield store at the corner of Wheeler Road and 181st Street, Jesse Mann said he and his brother have been expanding across Hamilton County.

Friendly Market recently opened a store in Noblesville at Ind. 38 and Little Chicago Road, Jesse said, adding that he and his brother are working to open a store in Zionsville, near Holliday Farms.

The Mann Brothers and whole team of Westfield Friendly Market have a special message for the Westfield community:

What a welcome. On Oct. 2, more than 300 of you came out to celebrate the grand opening of Westfield Friendly Market, and we are still smiling. We knew Westfield was a special place, but the warmth you showed us went beyond anything we imagined.
Thank you for shooting hoops with us, cheering each other on at mini putt-putt, and filling the raffle bins for the bike and $400 in gift cards. Watching families, neighbors and new friends spend the afternoon together is exactly why we wanted to be part of this town.
Because you showed up for us, we wanted to show up for you. We donated $2,500 to Student Impact, which supports students in grades 6–12 with after-school programs, a hot meal, college prep and mentoring. We can't think of a better way to invest in Westfield's future.
We also owe a big thank-you to the Westfield Chamber of Commerce for welcoming us so warmly, and to our vendor partners Hackney, Utz, Monster and Hunt Brothers Pizza for helping make the day possible. And to our new team: thank you for the hard work and the smiles you brought to every guest.
This was just the beginning. We're proud to be your neighbors, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
With gratitude,
Westfield Friendly Market

Big news for the Carmel community!

College Wood Elementary has officially been named an Indiana Blue Ribbon School by the Indiana Department of Education! Out of all the schools in the state, College Wood is one of only 16 selected this year for exemplary academic performance and innovative student support.

A huge congratulations to the dedicated teachers and staff, supportive families, and of course, the hardworking College Wood Cardinals!
