I’m immensely proud of Brittany for organizing the 2026 Law Enforcement Awards ceremony for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of WV.

Law enforcement is often one of the most thankless jobs around, so it was so fantastic to see so many officers, agents, and support staff recognized and honored for their great work. To all those at the federal, state, and local level who help get criminals off the street and keep our communities safe: Thank you!

(And major kudos to U.S. Attorney Moore Capito and the great team in his office on a fantastic event!)

The federal government that says one pill can kill watched hundreds of thousands of fentanyl pills walk.

Our clients disclosed it to Congress.

And Congress just opened an investigation.

We won’t stop until the American public knows the full story.

Congress just opened an investigation into DEA agents watching fentanyl hit the street.
Our clients disclosed it to Congress.
The agency that says one pill can kill let hundreds of thousands walk.

A federal prosecutor allegedly told DEA Special Agent David Howell “you stole his drugs” — after Howell seized 6,000 fentanyl pills.

That’s not even the worst detail in the two new letters we just sent to DOJ’s Inspector General. Read the full documents on our website: https://empowr.us/addition-info-on-fentanyl-scandal-asks-doj-watchdog-to-investigate-new-retaliation-against-whistleblower-ally.

Key revelations include a courier delivering 74,000 fentanyl pills with no stop or warrant, who in the New Mexico U.S. Attorney’s Office gave these orders, and a second whistleblower — a veteran DEA agent now working as a contractor — being threatened and pushed out of his job simply for supporting Special Agent Howell.

These courageous whistleblowers are risking everything to tell the public the truth about these policies. If you care about accountability and stopping fentanyl, share this update.

It’s completely inappropriate for the DEA in New Mexico to retaliate against Mr. Small, a 43-year (!) veteran with the DEA in Albuquerque. Experienced professionals like Mr. Small know walking fentanyl is bad. DEA Albuquerque management needs to understand that too.

🚨 Biden Official Alex Uballez’s Misleading Claims About New Mexico’s Fentanyl Crisis Exposed
Let’s break down the false and misleading statements former U.S. Attorney Alex Uballez has been making about New Mexico’s overdose numbers — and his own role in the “walking pills” policy that let millions of fentanyl pills hit the streets.
Families and communities paid the price. The public deserves the full truth.

Government accountability isn’t optional. Whistleblowers risk everything to speak out — the least we can do is listen and demand better.
If you’re tired of spin from officials and want straight talk on the fentanyl-walking scandal, watch the full breakdown and share it.

A DEA supervisor watched a vehicle carrying 1.8 million fentanyl pills — and was told by the US Attorney’s Office to stand down.

The former Biden US Attorney’s justification? They wanted to catch bigger fish.

Our client believed once the public finds out about this, they will be outraged. And they should be.

This is what whistleblowers are for. 🔔

🚨 BOMBSHELL: Biden’s U.S. Attorney allowed massive amounts of fentanyl to flood American streets...
..telling agents to just watch.

“This was an awful, awful policy that likely resulted in the deaths of many.”

Whistleblowers have exposed the tactic that cost American lives.

When will accountability come? We deserve to know what our government is doing.
