Under the direction of Executive Director Kim Roseboro, these three incredible women have worked tirelessly behind the scenes and on the front lines to prepare engaging, meaningful activities for the IMPACT After School Program. From outreach initiatives at numerous schools across the county, to uplifting and supporting one another in their personal and professional journeys, their dedication truly shines.

Ms. Christyn, Director of Programs, and Mrs. Tanisha, MCSA Site Coordinator, have played a vital role in creating a safe, enriching, and inspiring environment for our students. Their passion, teamwork, and commitment continue to make a lasting impact every single day.

We are grateful for their leadership and proud to have them guiding the future of our program!

This week is National After School Program Professionals Appreciation Week! We’ve been celebrating our incredible IMPACT Afterschool Program staff at both Honor Prep and MCSA.

Today, we are excited to highlight Ms. Camille and Ms. Shay. Both have made a meaningful impact in building and supporting our students at Honor Prep Charter School. Through their dedication, they promote classroom readiness, strengthen students’ reading and comprehension skills, and foster a safe, supportive environment where every student can thrive.

We are truly grateful for their hard work, commitment, and the positive difference they make each day.
