The North Carolina Federation of Teenage Republicans is a group of conservative teens devoted to volunteering at the local and state level.

It's our goal to register as many republicans as possible for state elections.

A message from our chairman Vincent Schiffiano. We at the North Carolina Teenage Republican condemn White Supremacy in all forms, however we do acknowledge that members of the so called Alt Right have raised important questions of cultural identity and heritage that ought to be addressed lest our county and indeed the broader western culture fall completely.

To the North Carolina TARS. On the advice of acting membership chair Savannah Mock. We will be undertaking an NCTARS rechartering census so we know where we have active TARS chapters in the state. If you are a county chairman and if you have not already done so please contact me and I will send you the charter application form. If you are interested in starting a TARS group or know anyone who is, also feel free to message the page, or call or email myself and I will get you set up! This isn't anything formal, it's just so we know where we have an active TARS presence!

To the North Carolina Teenage Republicans. I would like to thank you all for electing me as state chairman. It was a fun campaign and convention. But now the real work begins. We have much to do in this state and the task will not be easy. However our executive board is more than up to the task. As it stands our executive board will be as follows
Chairman Vincent Schiffiano, Vice Chairman Matty Nestor, Treasurer Andrew Souter, Secretary Lauren Brown. We have also nominated to our executive committee, Membership Chairman Jack Davis, Activities Chairman Dakota Charles, Finance Chairman Milan Patel, Diversity Outreach Chairman Reza Vessieh, and Elections Chairman Luke Langan.
This is a fine group of individuals who I have full confidence will do great things for our state and our federation. Let us all strive to do the best we can in our counties and in our communities.
Thank you all and God Bless
Vince

To the North Carolina Federation of Teenage Republicans, I apologize for the confusion about the federation's reorganization. The Executive Board has met four times to discuss the issue and come up with a new plan of organization. It was brought to my attention that the amendments proposed at the 2016 NCTARS Convention had not been proposed in accordance with Robert's Rules of Order. So, the Executive Board met and the Resolutions Committee Chairman Drew Webb moved to suspend the rules and adopt all amendments proposed at convention. The motion carried with a unanimous vote in the affirmative. Then, Drew Webb moved to suspend the rules and amend the Article III Section II of the Constitution so that it should read

"The North Carolina Federation of Teenage Republicans shall be organized by county. There shall be a Board in each county composed of a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, and Secretary. It shall be this Board's duty to oversee sub chapters in high schools in their county. The Chairman of NCTARS shall nominate ta Chairman of each congressional district on an annual basis and the NCTARS Executive Board shall approve each nomination by a two-thirds vote. The duty of each congressional district Chairman shall be to organize clubs in his or her district and assist in communication between the state Executive Board and county chapters. All officers must reside in the area they represent..."

This new wording allows county clubs to continue operating just as they always have while still accomplishing the goals a congressional district chapter would have. We are headed on the right track as a federation and we will grow more this year than ever before. The Activities Committee is planning events, I'm working with NCATD to expand civic involvement in hundreds of schools across the state, and our county chapters are getting members volunteering on numerous campaigns. If you have any questions, please contact me. I'm looking forward to moving this federation forward.
