Happy Trails Horse & Carriage

These past few weeks have been busy for us. Birthday, Memorial Celebration, Baraat, Marriage Celebrations,Weddings.

Romance was in the air at the Twisted Oak in Statesville this past saturday. Rhett and Rachael got engaged. Congratulations!

This Easter weekend has been beautiful. I am so thankful we have the opportunity to get back out to work. Friday evening was perfect for a beautiful wedding. Danny and Gideon had the pleasure of transporting the bride and her father to the wedding. After the ceremony the bride and groom had a nice exit ride.

Well Folks, 2020 is behind us.Hoping 2021 will be a better year. So many brides had to postpone their weddings. Things were truly hard for countless small businesses. Thankful we were able to make it through. We are getting back out there. Looking forward to seeing lots of smiling faces. Praying for Blessings for all in 2021. Things on the farm stay the same no matter what is going in in the world around us. Animals and children always ready to eat. Love my life.

Yesterday was a wonderful day. We were at the very top of Justus Case Mountain in Hendersonville, NC. to provide the horse and carriage for a wedding. The views were amazing. It felt like you could reach up and touch the clouds.

Saturday we finally had a sunny day. No rain. We took advantage of the nice weather. We went to Carriage Row in Landrum, SC just for pleasure to take a ride and give Gideon and Josh some exersize. Happy Trails, Priceless Carriage and Carolina Carriage had a wonderful time enjoying our special friendships. Ready for more days like this.

Yesterday was a beautiful day to celebrate an 18th wedding anniversary and valentines.David sure knows how to make his wife feel special. The carriage ride was a surprise. He filled the seats with huge stuffed bears, presents, a cider toast and baloons.Way-To-Go David!

Hope everyone is healthy and having a prosperous year . We are starting our 2020 with a new addition to the farm. His name is Gideon. You will be seeing him in future posts.

Our first weekend at Winterfest at Tryon Equine Center in Tryon, NC was a huge success.The crowds were great, the weather was awesome and the holiday spirit was defintely in the air. Duke, Greyson and Joshua did an outstanding job pulling the carriages to entertain the guests.
