This is a wonderful event to honor the living and dead who have preserved our freedom. It just happens to be right across the street from where I live.

🎀 Support the Wreaths Across America Ceremony in Concord on Dec 14th Each year, Wreaths Across America brings together communities across the nation to lay remembrance wreaths on the graves of fallen heroes.

One of the biggest honors I have ever received is being allowed to serve the NC Board of Law Examiners, and to be given the opportunity to chair this important organization through the entire pandemic. The people I have been able to meet--board members and their families, the entire staff of NCBLE, hundreds of applicants in person, and numerous others--have made me love the profession and North Carolina even more. I get to celebrate our contributions to the NC legal profession every year in Raleigh and this year I had the added bonus of receiving so much support at the NCBLE annual banquet. It is a wonderful feeling when members of the NC Judiciary who are some of the most highly regarded members of our court system tell you they truly believe you will be a great District Court Judge.
