No Mrs. Crepps, abortion is what poses, always, an immediate threat to a human being, the child and the mother. One through murder, the other through likely psychological and emotional turmoil for years to come. Roe v. Wade is not the law of the land, not constitutionally speaking. North Dakota, like North Carolina, has every right and duty to protect the life of the unborn regardless of the unconstitutional court decision of Roe v. Wade which cannot apply to either state.

We need your help to urge Senator Tom Apodaca to either give HB794 a hearing in Rules and send it to the floor or to re-refer it to a Committee like Judiciary I where it will be given the light of day to get to the Senate Floor.
