Embrace "Jesus, Tea & Me" Tea Party fellowship - April 26, 2026. Filling our cup with Jesus, enjoying a spot of tea, and a sweet message from Janet Languidey, with the ladies of Embrace.

Ladies - Please note the Embrace Tea Party fellowship is Sunday, April 26 from 5pm to 7pm.
We just became aware the registration incorrectly indicates the fellowship is
from 5pm to 9pm.
We apologize for any confusion. We hope the earlier start time will allow more ladies to attend and get home before dark! There are still 2 more days to register. Hope to see you at “Jesus, Tea & Me” on Sunday!

We’re having a Jesus, Tea and Me Tea Party! Have you ever wondered how the Embrace fellowship meetings come together?

There is a team of 8 Jesus loving, servant women who come together, begin with prayer, share a meal and start planning how the Lord wants us to spiritually feed our sisters, the women at Hopewell, at the next Embrace fellowship.

There is an abundance of ideas that are introduced, discussed, some disliked, some laughed over, many debated, and many dismissed.

We “gently” argue, break out in laughter, roll our eyes and sometimes even get that “question mark cloud” hanging over our heads as we sit around the table.

Bottom line, when it’s all said and done, it comes together. Every small detail truly falls in place, from the theme, the Scripture, the snack to serve, worship music, even the colors for new t-shirts. We close by giving thanks and praise Him, for it is all for His good to bring glory and honor to Him.

Our next Embrace fellowship is on April 26 at 5:00pm (note the time change) in the Fellowship Hall. Embrace is a time for women only, high school age and up, to come together, away from the noise and busyness of daily life, to hear a message from Him that will encourage you in your daily walk with Jesus.

We are so excited about our next fellowship, “Jesus, Tea and Me” tea party.
Our prayer is that He will “fill your cup” in this special tea time as we seek Him in fellowship. So, ladies, pull out your hats, put on your pearls and join us for a precious time with Jesus!

If you have never been to an Embrace fellowship this is one you will want to attend. We are planning a fun time of “sisterhood fellowship” so be sure to register by April 22! (Hats & Pearls optional! 😉)

Embrace Women's Ministry is hosting a Tea Party! "Jesus, Tea & Me", provides women, high school age and up, the opportunity to spend time in fellowship with other women, away from the busyness of life, and focus on hearing a message from the Holy Word of God.

This is a women's event - Childcare is NOT available.

To provide the women of Hopewell Baptist Church a time and place to embrace the Holy Word of God, in a woman-only fellowship with other women, away from the daily busyness of life. Our goal is to provide a place where hearts connect and faith grows.

Registration open April 8-April 22, space is limited.
