US Air Force Auxiliary (Cadet Squadron) TN-187 is the unit designation of the Chattanooga Cadet Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol.
With just over twenty active cadets (ages 12-20) and eight active senior members, our cadet squadron focuses both on cadet training and activities as well as professional development for adults. Our members are active in community service and are trained to respond to disasters and emergencies. Our cadet Color Guard is also available to serve the community by presenting, posting, or retrieving the colors for your church or organization's event.

Our Story
TN-187 is the unit designation of the Chattanooga Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol. With just over thirty active cadets (ages 12-20) and eight active senior members, our composite squadron focuses both on cadet training and activities as well as professional development for adults.
Our members are active in community service and are trained to respond in disaster and emergency situations. Our cadet Color Guard is also available to serve the community by presenting, posting or retrieving the colors for your church or organization's event.
