We ❤ CAST!

❤️ Volunteers are the heart of CAST!

A special thank you to these wonderful ladies from the Chesapeake Women's Division Chamber of Commerce for giving their time and serving our neighbors in need! ❤️

Calling all Chesapeake civic clubs, community groups, and organizations!

Would your group like to make a difference right here in our community?

Consider partnering with one of our gracious host churches by preparing and serving dinner for one evening during their week of shelter.

It's a wonderful opportunity to serve together, share a little kindness, and make a big difference in someone's day.

One evening. One meal. A whole lot of heart! ❤️

Message CAST to learn how your group can help!

October as you know is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. It’s important to know that love should never hurt. Everyone deserves a relationship built on safety, respect, and care.

Recognizing the signs, including threats, control, isolation, and physical harm, can be the first step toward getting support. If you or someone you know is experiencing abuse, reach out for help. You are not alone, and HELP is available.
