I am Frederick Penn, a published author of the new book “111 Wonderful Ways To Build Children’s Self Esteem & Confidence Everyday”, Founder and Executive Director of the Institute for Self Esteem & Evaluation (ISEE), Inc. an I.R.S. tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit education corporation. We have partnerships with Walmart, BB&T Bank, Macy’s, State Farm Ins., Honda of America, Zipcar Inc., Washington DC Oak Hill Max. Security Summer Prog., Montgomery County Public Schools, Prince George’s County Public Schools, Prince George’s County Government, City of Baltimore Foster Care, Oakland CA. I am NOT a motivational speaker! I am a self-confidence & self-esteem expert & coach. I teach and coach transformational winning, self-confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness skills to "PARENTS".
