My name is Arumi G. Alvarez-Martinez, I am the owner of Hayde’s Mobile Notary Services: a notary and tax preparation business. I have lived in Chicago for the past 25 years, and my community has given so much to me. Now, I am grateful to be able to give back to my community. This is why I am pleased to announce that Hayde’s Mobile Notary Services will host a Back-to-School Event on August 21, 2022 located in Kedvale Park, 4134 W Hirsch, Chicago, IL, 60651. The event will begin at 12:00 PM. Hayde’s Mobile Notary Services will give away free backpacks, along with school supplies for the students. There will be music, treats, and more! Hayde’s Mobile Notary Services is HURT to learn about the tragedy that occurred on May 24, 2022. There are honestly no words to describe the emotions of what occurred in Uvalde, Texas. My sincerest condolences for everyone in Uvalde, Texas. Especially to all the families who were directly impacted. Hayde’s Mobile Notary Services wishes everyone peace, comfort, and lots of courage to all the families. May everyone rest in peace, and may the families find peace as well. Hello all!

As stated in the IRS website,

"Eligible individuals who did not receive the full amounts of both Economic Impact Payments may claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on their 2020 Form 1040 or 1040-SR. To determine whether you are an eligible individual or the amount of your Recovery Rebate Credit, complete the Recovery Rebate Credit Worksheet in the Instructions for Form 1040 and Form 1040-SR.
Generally, you are eligible to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit if you were a U.S. citizen or U.S. resident alien in 2020, cannot be claimed as a dependent of another taxpayer for tax year 2020, and have a Social Security number valid for employment that is issued before the due date of your 2020 tax return (including extensions)."

For example, if you were claimed as a dependent for the year of 2019 but were over the age of 17 and your parents or you didn't get the first nor second round of the stimulus check, you will get it for the tax year of 2020! Recovery Rebate Credit | Internal Revenue Service Eligible individuals can claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on their 2020 Form 1040 or 1040-SR. These forms can also be used by people who are not normally required to file tax returns but are eligible for the credit.
