Hey folks, we’re overdue for a b**r update…

Since our brewer Sam Dressler moved on, we’ve been full on with harvest and other farm happenings. Now we’ve got some space and time to re-imagine. The keg and canning program is on a hiatus while we consider what’s next. No new cans will be delivered in the near future but we want to thank you for all of the positive energy and support around this village scale b**r experiment. It’s been very gratifying to grow, malt and brew the b**r ourselves in one continuous arc of local labor and organically grown love.

With a special shout out and good wishes to Sailing With Phoenix who got one of the last available cans in a care package (thanks to *JR*) and brought it out to sea on his great adventure! Honored to share a small moment on that epic journey.

Meanwhile, Keith is dreaming about barrel aged b**r and this winter will be a good time for him to brew up some new ideas!

With thanks to our local markets and establishments for being willing to make room for this on your shelves and on draft. We’re greatly grateful for the local support.💚

Proud be working as the combine w***h today (can I reclaim the word “w***h” please?) helping Keith as he clears out clogs and adjusts gears and hammers and wrenches on things to make the combine do what it needs to do to bring in this seed crop. It’s his birthday, but I’ll tell you that what he’s up to today is NOT a piece of cake.

Hmph… last harvest day of the season and the combine is misbehaving. Send Keith some good luck with the gears!
