The Hamilton County Recorder's Office is excited to participate in another Home Strong event, taking place Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 9:00 am at the Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency. This is a great event for existing homeowners to explore resources to protect their legacy.

We were excited to welcome some new faces to the Hamilton County Recorder’s Office this past week! A group of students from the University of Cincinnati’s history courses visited and utilized our online resources to support their research.

It is always rewarding to see students engaging with historical records and learning how to access the tools available to them. We are proud to support educational opportunities and look forward to continuing to serve as a resource for our community and future historians.

It was an honor to speak with the Cincinnati Paralegal Association and share valuable resources from the Hamilton County Recorder’s Office. We appreciated the opportunity to provide guidance on how to effectively navigate and utilize our website for document searches and services.

Our Veterans Outreach Program will be in attendance. Veterans who would like to record their DD214 with our office or who are in need of a Veterans ID card are encouraged to bring their DD214 and two additional forms of identification. We look forward to connecting with you soon.
