We love it when our Hospital Worker Readiness Program grads come back and talk to the current cohort of students to share their experiences of working at Mercy Health - Cincinnati.

Today Sandra came and talked with our students. She has been working at Mercy Jewish Hospital since April 2022 and has made the most of her career with Mercy Health. Sandra has been promoted several times and is currently working as a Sterilization Technician in the surgical department and is thriving.

2025 Taste of MNM Silent auction '2025 Taste of MNM' hosted online at 32auctions.

The students in our current Hospital Worker Readiness Program cohort had the opportunity for behind the scenes tours at Mercy Health West and Mercy Health Jewish hospitals this week. They got a chance to see multiple departments and meet the supervisors and employees who work in various roles to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The students were all very excited when they returned to MNM as they continue to prepare for their own interviews with Mercy Health ready to begin and continue their healthcare careers.

Thank you to the amazing Mercy Health staff who make these tours possible for our students. We are grateful for your partnership!

We wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to the amazing team at Partners in Projects who are helping us with some cleaning out of old equipment, supplies, and furniture. They were kind, hard working, quick, and efficient!

We are excited to have students from Saint Ursula Academy with us again this year. As part of the service learning component in their Social Justice class which is focused on food justice this semester, the students will be spending time in MNM's community pantry getting a first hand look at how food insecurity impacts individuals and their families.

We are grateful for our wonderful partnership with the Saint Ursula Academy community!

Today we celebrate Mercy Day with our Mercy Family all over the world and in our own Cincinnati community!

In Dublin on September 24, 1827, Catherine McAuley extended the great Shawl of God’s Mercifulness by opening wide the front door of the newly built House of Mercy on Baggot Street.

We are proud to be part of the Circle of Mercy ensuring that Catherine's legacy thrives through all we do at MNM!

As the summer days come to a close, we'd like to give a shout out to all of our graduates that have completed our Healthcare Career Pathway training programs over the past 4 months.

We have loved getting to know each and everyone one of them. The healthcare industry is lucky to have these individuals who ready to work and make a difference!
