Unfortunately, they couldn't call a plumber...
NASA’s Artemis II was a major success—so why couldn’t the crew flush the toilet?

April 25 is National Drug Take Back Day!
Too often, unused prescription drugs find their way into the wrong hands or into local waterways.
That’s why the DEA sponsors twice-annual drug take back days across the U.S. where citizens can clean out their medicine cabinets and turn in prescription drugs both safely and anonymously.
The drugs are collected in a special lockbox and then destroyed by local police departments.
Find a drop off location near you at https://www.dea.gov/takebackday
Note: Many police departments and Walgreens across Hamilton County are participating.

Did you know? If you own a building, you own a building sewer.
🏠 A private building sewer (also known as a lateral) is the underground sewer pipe that connects your home or business to the MSD public sewer.
Property owners own the entire pipe, even the parts that lie under sidewalks and publicly owned streets.
🔧Property owners are responsible for:
• Keeping the entire length of the private building sewer clear of clogs.
• Repairing broken or collapsed portions that are located on their private property.

Check out the progress on the anaerobic digester being built at our Little Miami treatment plant: https://youtu.be/HPYvneXinSo
An ana-what?
An anaerobic digestion facility to treat waste solids 💩
Right now, they're going to the landfill which is 👎
This facility will turn 💩 into a biogas that will be captured and reused onsite to run plant operations
It will also create biosolids that will have a beneficial use, such as fertilizer or soil additive 🌱
