Half of our homes have been designed to accommodate people with mobility impairments. Aside from choosing their home and housemates, tenants also interview and select their own support providers. Supports needed for the tenant to live in the community are arranged through the Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities Services. These supports are based on individual needs and can range from full-time, around-the-clock assistance to a few hours per week. Rents are kept affordable for people with disabilities by basing rent off of the HUD Fair Market Rent Schedule. As the landlord, The Housing Network of Hamilton County is responsible for repairs and general upkeep of the property.
