Northside Community Council meets every 3rd Mon of the month (4th Mon in Jan/Feb/June) 7:00pm at the McKie Community Center, 1655 Chase Ave. Come join us!
Meetings are accessible via Zoom, and live streamed here on our page. The Northside Community Council is a volunteer, community-based organization that provides an opportunity for all individuals and groups in the community to participate in Northside’s present and to chart Northside’s future. As such, it is committed to bringing people of diverse backgrounds and opinions together in an atmosphere that fosters cooperation and communication.

Mahketewah Anglers Summer Fishing Program teaches students aged 12-17 the basics of fishing: whether you’re new to fishing or looking to build your skills, this hands-on program offers a fun, welcoming environment to discover local waterways, practice sustainable fishing techniques, and enjoy the outdoors. The Anglers program is held once per week on Thursdays from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm for six weeks beginning July 2. Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library invited you to a talk at The Comet Bar on Cincinnati’s own Fredric Brown, the American author was known for his mastery of irony, wit, and unexpected twists in both science fiction and mystery genres. Raised in Northside, Brown is widely regarded as a pioneer of "flash fiction" and influenced legends like Stephen King, Neil Gaiman, Philip K. Dick, Micky Spillane and Robert Bloch.
