Union Township Fire Department proudly provides Fire and Emergency Services to the citizens and visitors of Union Township.
Services are provided by full-time personnel from six stations located throughout Union Township.

Another year, another visit!
Laney was delivered 7 years ago by Lt. Green and Lt. Stephens in the back of one of our medic units. She visits the crew every year on her birthday to say hi and we greatly appreciate this tradition.

Today we pushed Quint 48 into its new home and officially placed it in service!
This unit will be housed at Station 48 on 125 with its primary response district the 125 corridor. This single axle 107’ ladder is extremely versatile and will serve the township for many years!

This week we gathered to celebrate the careers of Lt. Ted Cwiok and Lt. Chris Goessl who are hanging up their helmets and heading towards retirement.
These two combined for 50 years of service to the residents of Union Township and we are forever grateful for their sacrifices and the sacrifices of their families!

Both directions of SR 125 (Ohio Pike) are currently closed between Gleneste Withamsville Rd. and Merwin Ten Mile Rd. for a traffic crash investigation.

In addition to being recognized for 25 years of service at last evening’s Board of Trustees meeting, Captain Adam Dressler was promoted to the rank of District Chief.
This 40-hour position goes far beyond emergency response. It plays a critical role in public education, community risk reduction, and fire prevention efforts that help keep the residents of Union Township safe every day with a proactive approach.
