Clifton Library is excited to share free lunches for youth this summer.
Youth 18 and under are invited to join us Monday through Friday from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for a free lunch. No registration is needed and every youth is welcome.
Please note that on days when meals are served snacks will only be served after 3 p.m.

Learn to love reading! Hosted on 2-3 p.m. on Wednesdays* in the Summer, the Clifton Branch Library staff will be doing one-on-one, 15-minute reading sessions with children and tweens. These sessions will include reading help, literacy games, and can help juveniles hone their reading skills and learn to love reading! As well, children can earn “Clifton Cash” which can be put towards winning prizes! Join us for the first Reading Buddies on Wednesday, June 3, from 2-3 p.m.
Program is recommended for children ages 6-12. Registration is not required

Have an interest in playing Dungeons & Dragons will a moral twist? Look no further than the Cincinnati Ethics Center's Ethics and Dragons, hosted at the Clifton Branch Library. Game Masters from UC’s Cincinnati Ethics Center, prepared with all knowledge and supplies needed will guide participants through an exciting adventure. Join us for our second week of adventure on Monday, June 8, from 5-7 p.m. in the meeting room.
Program is recommended for ages 11-18 and registration is suggested. (Participants are not required to attend each week)

Join us at the Clifton Branch Library from 1-2 p.m. during Fridays* in the Summer for the Voices Unleashed workshop hosted by the Arts Equity Collective. Each of these workshops will explore creativity, self-exploration, and encourage dialogue. Attendees will be given the chance to write, draw, play games, and find their voice in a creative safe space. The first one of these programs is “The Power of Spoken Word Poetry Showcase (with teen poets)” on Friday, June 5, from 1-2 p.m.
Program is recommended for ages 9-14, with no registration required.

Beat the summer heat with our morning wellness walks!
In an effort to beat the heat, our regularly scheduled Wellness walks will shift to Monday mornings at 9 a.m. beginning June 1st. Everyone is welcome to join us for this 30 min walk in Burnet Woods as we enjoy nature and connect with the community. Meet on the Clifton Library front porch at 9 a.m. for the walk. Comfortable shoes and water are recommended.

This summer join us for a journey to camp for summer reading. Our kickoff party will be Saturday, May 30th from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. when participants will get their tracking sheet, a book to keep and much more.

Summer is just around the corner and Clifton Library will be hosting Story STEM and Craft every Tuesday in June and July.
Join Mr. Eric as he shares stories, songs and hands on STEM projects all summer long. There will even be special guest along the way. This program will be from 1-2 p.m. each week.
