The Tailor Shop was built in 1870 in the Northern Liberties and Brewery District area of Over the Rhine. The building was originally a tailor and seamstress but has sat vacant for more than 20 years. Using Historic Preservation Tax Credits (meaning wood windows, original treatments and a lot of care in our work) the building is now 3 1-bedroom apartments.
