Proposed Zone Change and Final Development Plan to establish a Planned Development in Westwood 04/28/2026

You may have read recently about a planned development that is in the works at the old Western Hills Sports Mall site.

This development is proposed as a multi-building complex with 167 apartment units. It is intended to be affordable for households who earn 60% of the area media income.

The City Planning Commission is having a public meeting on Thursday, April 30th, 5:00pm, via Zoom to allow people to share comments and ask questions.

To learn more about the development, and sign up for the Zoom meeting, visit this link: https://www.cincinnati-oh.gov/planning/projects/active/proposed-zone-change-and-final-development-plan-to-establish-a-planned-development-in-westwood/

WPHCC does not have a formal position about this project yet. However, our goal will be to take a position at our next public meeting. All members will be allowed to provide input and vote to approve any statements made.

If you would like to become a member of WPHCC, please reach out within the next week.
