RAOCS is the Queer Straight Alliance for Cincinnati State dedicated to maintaining a safe place for everyone to feel proud of who they are. They approached Mr.

Our club meets twice a month, every first and third Wednesday of every month at Cincinnati State, we welcome any and all new members. RAOCS was started based primarily on the efforts of Chris Gutjahr and Telma Avelar with the charter approved by the Student Government in Fall 2002. Tom Grogan, their math professor who is openly gay. At that time it is believed he was the only out gay full time faculty member at Cincinnati State.
