Bring questions about how to best put your ideas on the page or how to address that challenge you've encountered in your current project. Intisar's expertise is in young adult fantasy, but she welcomes writers of all genres!

Oh the places you’ll go… at the library! Our Monfort Heights meeting room transforms to host a variety of library programs: in February it was a hotel escape room for teens, and in March we held our Spring into Spring program to welcome the new season!

Come to the library for Bilingual Storytime with Alex! Once a month, we will have bilingual stories and songs. Books are preschool level, but all ages are welcome.

Spring into Spring at the Library!

Thank you for joining us for Children’s Carnivale! We had over 70 people join in the festivities on February 16th to learn about Mardi Gras, decorate masks, and play games! It was so much fun to dress up and party with everyone, we hope to see you next year for another annual Presidents’ Day event!

Powel Crosley Jr. built radios for the masses, not the high classes, and soon was known as the “Henry Ford of Radio.” He was a pioneer in radio broadcasting and so much more. Hear of the many innovative products he produced, and particularly the ones used to help win WWII. Did you know he built airplanes and a hair restorer machine? Learn of his hardworking, talented brother, Lewis. Powel would get an idea and Lewis would make it work.
