After our last live session, I heard the same thing over and over:
👉 “I missed it.”
👉 “Please do this again.”
So here we are.
I’m hosting 3 Grant Mistakes Keeping You Underfunded and How to Fix Them again, because YOU missed it the first time—and these mistakes are too costly to ignore.
This live, free webinar will break down:
• The most common grant mistakes organizations make
• Why “good programs” still don’t get funded
• What to fix before you submit another application
If grants are on your radar this year, this is a conversation you want to be in.

Today we honor the sacrifice of our veterans—past and present.
But let’s also remember: their battles don’t always end when service does.
Veterans are 58% more likely to die by su***de than non-veterans and the drug-overdose mortality rate among U.S. veterans has increased by 53% in recent years.
These numbers are more than statistics, they are real lives and real families realities.
If you’re reading this and know a veteran—or you are one—please know you are not alone.
Your breath is your power. Your story matters.
And the most important battle to win is the one for YOURSELF!
Don’t let stigma stop you from getting the support you deserve.
Thank you for your service—and for choosing every day to .

If your podcast explores identity, culture, or systemic gaps in care—we need to talk.
🎙️ Topics I unpack:
Why “strong” keeps Black and brown women from seeking help
How representation is mental health strategy
What culturally competent care actually looks like
Systems that build real trust—not just pretty policies
📩 DM or comment below if your audience is tired of surface-level DEI and wants the truth about mental health access.

For women of color, “getting help” often means:
Explaining why your name matters
Translating your emotions into clinical language
Shrinking so the space feels “comfortable” for others
And we wonder why people don’t use their benefits?
If your workplace wants to boost utilization and support, start by making care believable.
That means training your people—not just paying a provider.
📩 DM “REPRESENTATION” if your org is ready to move from awareness to access.

Let’s be clear:
Mental health benefits without cultural competence are not benefits.
They’re a PR move.
Women of color don’t just need access.
We need care that doesn’t mislabel us, ignore us, or gaslight our pain.
Your systems weren’t built for us.
And unless you're actively reworking them, they’re still failing us.
Want your team to feel safe before they break down?
Don’t wait for another crisis to admit the system isn’t working.
