The IDCC provides assistance to people who have low-income to obtain their BC, State ID, renewal DL Documents are difficult to obtain and expensive.

The ID Crisis Collaborative has 34 sites in Cuyahoga County and Cleveland, Ohio at agencies, churches, shelters and neighborhood outreach centers providing help for people with low incomes to get their Birth Certificates, State IDs and replacement or renewal Driver’s Licenses.
