Dear Friends,

One day to go! My family is really excited about Saturday! The children are counting the hours and they are reminding me of this and that and in so doing they are keeping Etenesh (my wife) and I on our toes. Etenesh and are also excited as well as stressed with both joy and worries. We are truly are excited about sharing the eon aged taste, traditions and cultural bounty of Ethiopia with you our fellow Americans.

For many of you, the experience will be new and for many of you it will not be new but there is no doubt in our mind that your experience will be the best. For those of you not familiar with Ethiopian food, we are attaching our abbreviated menu. Also attached are the men for bar, and soon, we will be sending you out the menu for the coffee shop. In the near future, these menus will be on our website which is now under construction.

It is with great joy and excitement that we share with you that after a year and half of hard work and heart breaks, the dream has finally come true. The dream has been to build a cultural landmark in the heart of Fishers. We have called our landmark Saint Yared Ethiopian Cuisine, and its sister venture Global Village Coffee, the latter celebrating Ethiopia as being the birth place of Coffee.

The Grand Opening is September 28, 2013. Global Village Coffee will open its doors at 6:00 AM, and Saint Yared Ethiopian Cuisine will open for dinner at 3:00 PM. Once again, it is with great joy and excitement that my family and I would like to extend our invitation to you to come and share in the celebration with us.

The address is: 11210 Fall Creek Road, Indianapolis, IN 46256. It is very close to the intersection of Fall Creek Road and Brook School Road in Fishers. It is about a mile from the Geist Marina.
