We started at 4:30 am by removing filters and setting up equipment. We then started wrapping plastic. The hood was about average with grease and the owner and staff treated me very kindly! I soon will be coming for a bite to eat!

What We Do
Certified and licensed under NFPA 96, we remove all grease in kitchen exhaust systems for local and commercial restaurants down to bare metal with the use of high pressure water, plastic sheeting and high concentration degreaser. This service includes the fan, filters, shaft, and main ventilation system (hoods).

What To Expect

We are a small family company located right here in Colorado Springs but we understand business needs. As a restaurant owner, you can expect our techs to be on time, knowledgeable and efficient so you can resume business. Job Completion takes around 3-4 hrs. Certified with a NFPA 96 Certification of Performance sticker when completed.
Process
-Techs will assess hood, measure and cut plastic to wrap hood to keep water away from any cooking appliances(trashcans, shims, flashlights)
-Techs will setup chemical degreaser, pressure washer (electric low-noise), and various other tools.
-Techs will turn off hoods, Spray degreaser on FAN, FILTERS, and HOOD and let soak while scraping any hard-to-remove grease or soot.
-Techs will power wash the entire system. Fans and Filters ALWAYS included.
-Clean up, removal of all materials job was performed with and mop floors
-Use High-Grade Stainless Steel Polish to give you the beautiful, clean look a Kitchen Exhaust System deserves!
-Invoice, Sales order and Certified NFPA 96 Sticker of Performance when completed!
