I am a UCCS alumni renting out rooms in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom triplex apartment just a 5-minute walk to campus! You would be sharing the apartment with two college-age males, males preferred. Each room is available furnished or unfurnished.

You would be sharing the building with college-age young professionals who occupy the other units. Because this is an upper unit, quiet hours are observed after 8:00 PM, and it is very important that tenants are mindful of noise and loud footsteps out of respect for the residents downstairs.
