World War II veterans mark V-E Day in Washington with Trump
They stormed French beaches on D-Day, helped liberate a concentration camp and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. And seven elderly World War II veterans weren't about to let the coronavirus pandemic keep them from marking the 75th anniversary of the end of the war in Europe.

So proud to be coordinating the placement of a Wreaths Across America - Official Page (WAA) ceremonial wreath at Pearl Harbor by our WAA-Texas team, led by our Wreaths Across America-Austin volunteer co-chair Charlotte Chism Waldrum and of a Navy WAA wreath for US Navy Fire Controlman 3rd Class Victor Patrick Tumlinson, that will be buried in his hometown of Raymondville, TX today, the same day that this 19-year old Texas sailor died 78 years ago

Day of the Deployed is a day to honor our deployed troops and their families for the bravery and sacrifice they are making for our country. Supporters of the military are urged to get personally involved in activities that send care packages, offer messages of encouragement, and other morale-boosting activities to those currently deployed overseas and the military families of the deployed.
