If you are a Georgia resident and you suffer from Tramatic Brain Injury or a physical disibility and you are between the ages of 21 to 64 then you may be eligible for the ICWP CARE WAIVER Program. The ICWP is a Medicaid waiver program that helps people with severe physical disabilities or traumatic brain injuries (TBI) live in their own homes or communities instead of a nursing home or hospital.

Eligibility criteria include:
1. Being capable of managing their own services, except for people with a TBI.

2. Not having a primary diagnosis of a mental disorder

3. Being at risk of being placed in a nursing home or hospital

4. Meeting financial and resource limits for Medicaid eligibility
