What an amazing drill weekend completed by the 1137th!!!
We started the weekend out knocking out administrative tasks and training the trainers based off of feed back from past projects of what could have been better.
Then the 1137th knocked it out of the park and 100% trained and cross trained to prepare for our upcoming rewire mission.
We were visited by the BDE CDR and CSM, and even got to recognize 5 soldiers who have been “Killin’ It”!
Due to all the hard work completed we took the last day off and spent some MWR time and team building with the company!
Keep it up 1137th! And we’ll see you soon!

The 1137th had an administratively fulfilling home station drill this July with a sprinkle of ACFT.
These drills are necessary so we can get back to the big jobs!
Thanks to those who kept the morale high and got the job done, we’ll see you next time! Til then - please enjoy some morale boosting meme’s at your leisure.
💥 TIN-E meme’s are hard to come by- if you can make an appropriate one or come across one please send it to SSG Gansor for review and some spotlight on the next newsletter or FB update 💥

💥 1137TH UPDATE 💥
The 1137th TIN-E conducted annual training this past month, and as our Motto states this unit was Killin’ it!!!
The unit complete 4 real world projects in multiple armories- completing aerial fiber recovery, and more! During these missions the soldiers had to run 24 hour operations and take down the OHARNG NET in the area every evening and get it back up by morning so the Soldiers in those armories could continue working throughout the day.
We finished out the couple weeks with awards and promotions throughout.
Congratulations to all and specifically to the new CW2 Perez! 🎉
Let’s keep this momentum through the rest of the year and ready to roll into FY22!
More photos to come 📷

Watch out for the 1137th!
In no time this unit has grown tremendously! The 1137th trained in the rain and trained in the sunshine. They successfully qualified on crew serve weapons, trained on the qualification tables for IWQ, completed job training, and built moats (LOL).
This unit stops training for no one! Great FTX team! Reach out to your first line leader if you need anything, stay sharp!

It’s almost a new TY 1137th!
We had a great drill weekend! We focused on a diagnostic ACFT and our soldiers rocked it!
We still worked hard to wear our masks at appropriate times, and stayed on top of disenfecting, hands washed, and clean!
Additionally our lower enlisted soldiers took charge and taught 25L classes! Way to lead!

We’re still in this together!
The 1137th Signal Company has been working behind the scenes to get all of our soldiers administratively straight, prepped for training, and geared up to start normal operations once more!
Check out our team leadership staying motivated during our monthly PT session! 6 mile ruck, too easy!
