February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month 🧡
Support starts with conversation. Teens benefit when trusted adults talk honestly about healthy, unhealthy, and abusive behaviors and help them plan what to do if boundaries are crossed. Taking time to learn is a great first step.

On Monday, January 19th, 2026, we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and everything he has done to reshape the pursuit of justice and equality for African Americans. Dr. King was the heartbeat of a nonviolent civil rights movement. In this movement, he successfully challenged bus segregation, voting rights, and racial equality. In all, he was a father, husband, son, and a friend to many. So, we celebrate the impact he has left on the world. Here are some free things to do in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
