A Prayer for International Holocaust Remembrance Day

God our Creator,
we remember your children lost in the Holocaust,
and we grieve the pain carried across generations.

With humility, we acknowledge the history of antisemitism,
including within our own Lutheran tradition,
and we repent of words spoken and silences kept.

In a world where hatred still lives,
unite us in compassion and shared humanity.
Together, let us lift our voices in hope and declare,
“We will not forget.”

Give us hearts of love, minds of understanding,
and souls rooted in peace.
As we remember:
Out of the flames of human hate come the ashes of death.
Out of the flame of God’s love comes the promise of life.
Amen.

INN-Reach print lending pauses May 23

As part of our shift from INN-Reach to Rapido for print lending, users will not be able to place new requests through the Central Catalog or the SearchOhio catalog starting May 23 at 5pm. Lending will resume with other OhioLINK libraries as we go live on Alma. Lending with SearchOhio libraries will resume in fall 2025. Users with currently checked out materials will not be able to renew. OhioLINK and SearchOhio have placed messages on catalog search pages.
