Today, CFD Ladder 29 stopped by to conduct ladder operations training with our 3 unit crew. Great opportunity to work together and sharpen our skills on truck company operations! 🚒🪜

Yesterday, our 2 unit crew responded with companies to a report of a structure fire at a church on Sunbury Road. They found a smoldering fire in the attic space.

Earlier this week, our 2 unit crew visited Taraiby Learning Center for a Fire Safety & Touch-a-Truck event. We had a great time meeting the kids, talking about fire safety, and letting everyone check out the trucks and equipment! 🚒🔥

Yesterday, our 1 unit crew participated in EMS Olympics presented by Dr. Melinda Kizziah. Crews worked through several hands-on scenarios with increasing difficulty, including airway procedures and trauma patients, with each station overseen by an emergency physician. The day wrapped up with EMS Jeopardy! Great training and a great experience for all involved.
