Attended this event at Ohio State last week to hear from some local experts. 95% of the conversation was about treatment. In addition to treatment, much more time and effort needed on prevention. Educate potential future users to stay away and get the damn drugs off the streets. I will continue to work on this epidemic through the OneOhio Foundation Board.

A couple weeks ago, I had the opportunity to represent Fairfield County to the Central Region of the County Commission Association of Ohio in Marysville. Great speakers focused on Workforce Development, something you know I work on nearly every day.

Last Friday, we had the chance to visit good buddy Eric Mitchell as he opened his 25th Creno’s pizza shop in Baltimore. Eric has Fairfield County franchisees in Buckeye Lake, Bremen, Lancaster and now Baltimore. Great pizza. Great example of a family business going strong, creating jobs, making people happy. Congrats to Eric and franchisee Tracy Krumbine on the opening!
