There will be a court hearing tomorrow morning (4/20) on the lawsuit brought by Ohio Releaf regarding licensing for Ohio’s MMJ program. Judge Frye will be hearing the case, (a continuation of a temporary restraining order hearing) and will decide at this hearing whether or not to pause the program. WE CANNOT LET THIS HAPPEN! The judge has a history of allowing public comment when the gallery is full. WE MUST PACK THE ROOM AND TELL HIM PATIENTS CANNOT WAIT!!!!

Severe and persistent muscle spasms
Autism with aggressive or self-injurious behaviors

Ohioans for Medical Ma*****na's list of qualifying conditions includes all of these ailments. We know patients with these conditions deserve relief, and should have access to medical ma*****na. State lawmakers have chosen to deny medical ma*****na to Ohioans suffering from these conditions.
