We are not only healing to learn how to handle trauma, anxiety and pain. We are healing to be able to welcome joy, happiness and love back into our lives.

After painting and dinner we got to play bingo. Winners got a bag and 3 minutes to shop the left over rummage sale item and fill their bags. Everyone was a winner. So much fun.

Tonight we have Susie at 7:15 running a class on "Loving Yourself". All are welcome to join.
