The Self Help Center, Franklin County Municipal Court, Legal Aid, OhioMeansJobs, and others are hosting an Expungement Clinic on April 18. The clinic has Franklin County Municipal Judges, Common Pleas Judges, clerks from the Municipal and Common Pleas Clerks' offices, volunteer attorneys, a fee-waiving station, and more to help people check eligibility and file an expungement or criminal case sealing application. Many attendees use this twice-a-year event to remove obstacles that keep them from housing and jobs. These clinics are also the biggest in the state, serving more than 700 people last year.
