Happenings in Highland West and on the Hill Be sure to save the date for the Hilltop Beach Party/Public Safety festival. It will be on August 4, 2018, from 2:00 – 6:00 PM with setup starting at 10:00 AM. The festival will be held at Hoge Memorial Church, 2930 West Broad Street.
