Five Medicaid public interest audits found nearly $1.9 billion in improper, unsupported, or potentially misspent Medicaid payments. AOS will continue advocating for better controls so these funds are going to those who need them most.

Our audit of state government found an error rate in Medicaid services that would mean between $800 million and $4.4 billion in potentially unallowable costs. AOS will continue to push for accountability so these programs are benefiting Ohioans in need, not fraudsters.
