The To***co Use Prevention and Cessation Program (TUPCP) is dedicated to reducing the prevalence of to***co use in Ohio and the associated health effects.

The Ohio Department of Health To***co Program’s goals are to prevent Ohioans from starting to use to***co products, to help Ohioans quit using to***co products, to protect Ohioans from exposure to health-threatening secondhand smoke and to educate Ohioans about state law that prohibits smoking in public places and places of employment.
